Microsoft Office XP Pack for Tablet PC

We have installed the XP Pack for Tablet PC on two
devices, an HP and Toshiba Tablet. The problem we are
encountering is that when a user lanuches MS Journal
while offline (disconnected from the network), they
receive a message box asking them if they trust Microsoft.

If you say no to the message box, it contiunes to pop up
everytime you lanuch MS Journal. If you say yes, the box
disappears and will reappear the next time you are
offline and launch MS Journal.

Why do you have to trust Microsoft to launch MS Journal
offine? Why does it countinue to ask this question
everytime you go offline even after you have already
agreed? What can we do to make this message box stop
appearing?
