Microsoft Office XP Pro Step by Step Interactive Training

I can not get the Interactive Training program to run
under a normal user's account on a client in an Active
Directory Windows 2003 Domain. It can be run under the
Administrator's account. I am loath to elevate anyone's
privlidge. What to do/how to correct??
