Hi Chris,

No, it's not. MS Office System 2003 Small Business
Edition (SBE) is the first time Powerpoint is included in SBE.

Office 2003 SBE is a retail store package. Office XP/2002
is an OEM only package. If it came with your PC you can
check with the PC supplier to see if they have an upgrade
to Office XP 2002 Professional offer or you can purchase
the Office 2003 upgrade edition in October
