I'm inserting photos into a tri-fold brochure. I want to remove one of the
photos in order to replace it with a different one. How do I remove the photo?

Click on it to select it, and press Delete -- same as anything else.

If clicking it doesn't select it, you may need to choose the selection
tool (white arrow icon) on the Drawing toolbar. It's also possible
that the pictures are anchored in the header or footer (are they
dimmed in Print Layout View?), in which case you'd have to open the
header/footer area to be able to select one.
