Microsoft Office

Dale Bernhardt

I have Microsoft Office which was provided to me by my
company, which is a small one. And the previous
Administrator does not work there any longer. I am not
able to save to disk anything that I create using the
office software. It tells me to contact my administrator
for clearance. I am now the administrator and need to be
able to do this function. Can anyone help me become the
administrator. This is not a bootleg copy it was
purchased by my company. It is a 2000 version.
Thank you in advance.

What are you using for the file name? If you are using a symbol
character, such as a backslash (\) then that is an illegal character
for a file name. Try removing all symbol characters and use a file
name with alpha or numeric characters only and see if that rectifies
the problem.

If not then please provide us with the full error message you are
encountering.
