Microsoft one-note 2007 Student & Home

On the right hand side One-note says I have 3 locked sections that I want to
access. I know the password, but can't figure our where and how to enter the
password to unlock. I am new to this. thanks

If you click on the section to access it you should be prompted for the
password rather prominently.
