Microsoft Open License

I just received a Microsoft Open License for six copies of Office 10, while
I actually wanted Office 2004

The issue date of the licenses is 10.05.2004


Can anyone advise how I can get these upgraded to MS Office 2004 without
paying an arm and a leg

I am based in West Africa and the MS office over her has not been much help
