microsoft opoup window error message

I am currently experiencing a problem with a microsoft
popup window. The message in the window reads " microsoft
internet explorer encountered a problem and needs to
close. There are two boxes to select from inside this
popup message. One box reads send error and the other box
reads dont send. How can this problem be fixed?
