microsoft out look mail 2003

I need some help please, My microsoft express mail was configured, and
correctly. I wanted to customize the tools bars to be able to to work with
mail template, how ever it didnt work I clieck on the help button and it
asked do I want it to go back to the default settings, of course I clicked
yes, it went through the process and reser the default settings, how ever,
now all of my emails that are imported through my pop through and not coming
back into the inbox, the ipop3 is configured correct, and test shows correct,
but again its not synchronixing and putting my emails back inot my outlook
mail at all . How do I retrieve my email history, this is for business and I
need my old email history sent back to me in outlook, please respond to
(e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) its urgent thank
you in advance.

To start with we are talking about Outlook 2003, correct? At one point you
say "microsoft express mail" which makes me wonder...

Next, let's try to clearly state the issue. You're using Outlook 2003 to
check a POP3 mailbox, correct? Tests work but you are not receiving mail in
your Inbox any longer?

Also you no longer see your old messages in Outlook 2003, is that correct?

Do you have a known-good backup of your mail?

Finally, if this is really urgent then you're better off calling your IT
support or Microsoft Product Support Services than relying upon a
peer-support forum where everybody here is a volunteer and your question may
or may not get answered.
