Microsoft Outlook 2000 is working Badly Slow.

Dear All Friends,

I am Using Microsoft oulook 2000, My computer & Internet speed is good but
my mail process is very slow,when I am trying to send small attachment then
It taking more time,I am suffrenig from this problem.
Please Advice me how to increse my outllook speed,my .pst folder size is 350
MB.

If you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook, disable this
integration and try again.
