Microsoft Outlook 2000 - Out of Office Assistant

The out of office autoreply only seems to send a reply to
any given user once. If I am out of office for long
periods, this can cause problems. Would like to know how
to get it to default to sending the out of office
autoreply to each and every message even if some senders
get the message more than once.

Can someone please help me!
