Microsoft Outlook 2000 with XP Home - can't configure email acct!

I get the msg "Unable to open your default email folders. Outlook cannot
start because a location to send and receive email could not be found. To add
a location, dbl click the mail icon in Windows Control Panel." When I do
that, I get a properties box for the "Profile" I previously set up (which
makes no sense either) and it shows me tabs "Services", "Delivery" and
"Addresssing" I have configured my yahoo.ca account in "Services" as usual,
but I am given no working options to configure anything in "Delivery" or
"Addressing" and I'm stumped. Any answers or suggestions out there?

Have you added the Personal Folders File service?
