Microsoft Outlook 2002 Address Book

We are general contractor I have all trades catagories in my addres
book with fax and email. I want to able to send a bid invitation to
this people per trade how can i do this

Don't use the Address Book. It can't be sorted by Category.
Use the Contacts Folder. It can. Select a Category > Actions > New Message
to Contact
