Microsoft Outlook 2002 has encountered a problem and needs to clos

Using Outlook 2002 and whenever I now go close the Outlook i get "Microsoft
Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close" Gives me the Option to
restart Outlook also.

Error Signature

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.6838.0 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00000000

I have all Updates install for Outlook

This has only just started to occur

Is it anything i should be worried about?
