Microsoft OUtlook 2002 Sending E-mail Problem

I can receive e-mail using Microsoft Outlook from my
Yahoo account but I can't send any back out .... the
recipient never receives it but Outlook says it's has
been sent. I've enter in the proper POP3 and SMTP
addresses from yahoo. I use AOL for my dialup ISP and
Yahoo for my e-mail. Neither AOL or Yahoo is able to
help me. It appears to be a registration/set up problem
in Microsoft.
