Microsoft Outlook 2003 - email forwarding

I have done rule wizard to do forwarding of email of other email accounts to my
specific folder on my outlook 2003, it work fine for my current 10 over
email forwaring, but when I tried to add on new email account, it did not
work.

Is there any restriction of the number of email forwarding account?
BTW they are not using any email server, just purely pop account.

Any help will be much appreciated?
