Microsoft Outlook 2003

I recently switched from Outlook Express to MS Outlook 2003. I also recently
downloaded a trial version of MS Publisher 2007. Now whenever I send or
receive email, I get a popup that says "Windows needs to configures MS
Publisher". It does this everything a message is sent or received. Can
someone tell me what I need to do to make it stop? Thank you.
