microsoft outlook 2007

I am having problems with Business Contact Manager. When I am loading
Microsoft Outllok I get a promt stating the last Business Contact Action
action cannot be performed. How can I ger read of message?

Also sometimes when receiving mails I get a hang and have to restart computer
