Microsoft Outlook access remotely

Hello!
Accessing Outlook remotely when you try open an e-mail the
e-mail is opening to the right side.I have try to e-mail
to the center but next time when I open it is the same
thing.I have tried on several machines in our office and
is the same symptom.There is any settings I should be
aware.
