Microsoft Outlook as a webmail program

On numerous occasions I have seen Microsoft Outlook as webmail program. I
would like to do this with my companies webmail. How do you do this?

Aloha Skot,

All you need is an Exchange server (that you can access from the web). The
service you're talking about is "Outlook Web Access" and it's installed with
Exchange (at least Exchange 2003) by default.
