Microsoft Outlook Changes

This program is ridiculous! The only reason I am tempted to use it is because
it is nice to use the calendar to help remind me of things.

A) There needs to be an option where all messages are downloaded upon
opening, or sending/receiving e-mails. This way, people can do this and walk
away, come back and sort through the stuff they got. Or a way to check which
folders to fully download (like Express).

B) Address book should auto update or sync with the Microsoft Outlook
Address book. I was confused to find that one of my contacts were "missing",
when they were just not sync'd.

C) Why can't I click on hyperlinks on messages? I end up copying and pasting
them. And even if there is a way, how come there isn't a pop up telling you
how to do it, much like how Microsoft Word does when hyperlinks are in text
documents.

D) I have problems with the folder lists at time. It doesn't sync right with
the server, and now I can't check one of my e-mail messages with it. For
example, I have two hotmail accounts set up, back when MSN allowed you to do
it. Now, one of them downloads messages fine, but the other also had the
folder list of my first e-mail address. Buah, what is this?@*(@&#

I'm sure I have more to complain about, I just can't believe how much of a
step down this feels from the basic program you offer.

Hi Wade,

First off, I don't work for Microsoft nor does anyone else who will
reply to this thread. These are peer support newsgroups, so that means
all of us here are users ourselves and had to pay for our software like
you.

What version of Outlook are you using? What are your email accounts
(POP, IMAP, Hotmail)?
What browser is your default browser?

To your individual points:a
A) doable. Tools, Send/Receive, Send/Receive Settings. Tell us your
account type and we can help better with this.

b) Which address book are you talking about? Which program is your
default email program in Windows?

c) normally a problem with your browser, not with Outlook

d) How are you accessing the MSN accounts in Outlook?
