Microsoft Outlook Connector for MSN

Why, when trying to sync my Pocket PC via ActiveSync do i
get the following error? "Microsoft Office Outlook
Connector for MSN has an encountered an error. Please try
restarting Outlook. If the issue continues, please
contact support (http://g.msn.com/OCR1033/6)" This stops
my syncronization and I need a solution.
