Microsoft outlook error 0X8004210E

I will receive 1 email then I receive an error message of 0X8004210E Mail box
is temperarlly unavailible. Another email is being delivered or another
application is accessing it. Maildrop busy. Any ideas on how to resolve this
issue? I have turned off my incoming email scanning etc.
