Microsoft Outlook Express 2000 email set-up problem

I'm trying to configure microsoft outlook 2000, when I
add an email account I do not get an option to add a
hotmail account using a HTTP server. It only gives me a
POP3 incoming and SMTP outgoing.Can anyone tell me what I
am doing wrong?
My OS is windows XP Pro.
