I have created an account in microsoft office small business and using the
office live mail along with it. I want to know that Microsoft Outlook mail is
better than this or not.What is the difference between the two.

The MAJOR difference between the two is that Office Online is just that
- online. With Outlook you can view, create and edit emails with no
internet connection.
