Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express Address Book

Outlook and Outlook Express have their own Contact List, and the MSN
messenger is sharing with outlook express.

Is there any way to control the contact list in a more efficiency way.
Could I point the Microsoft Outlook address book to the outlook express and
msn messenger's address book.

I hope to set up one GLOBAL address book contact for Microsoft Outlook,
Outlook Express and Messenger.
Pls guide me.

Also, could I use Microsoft Outlook to check hotmail, and log on to
newsgroup ?
