microsoft outlook problem with "reply all" function

Hi all. i have a user who has a problem with the "reply all" function when
replying a mailing list. When she try to reply an email that was sent to a
mailing list by clicking on "reply all", the mailing list is on the "To"
field but not the sender that originally send to the mailing list. This does
not happen on other users. This user is using outlook 2003. We are using a
3rd party mail server and not ms exchange and we are using outlook as mail
client. How can i solve this? Thks in advance.

Are those other users subscribed to the same mailing list? If not, why should
it work the same?
