Microsoft Outlook Security Notice

I'm using Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista Business. I created several email
templates and saved them in the template folder. Then I created a new
toolbar and then created menu buttoms to link to all the templates. The
problem is each time I select one of the templates from this menu I get a
Microsoft Outlook Security Notice, which says, Microsoft Office has
identified a potential security concern. And then say the location may be
unsafe. I moved some of the templates to a different folder and reset the
hyperlink to the new location but get the same notice. Is there a way to
link to the templates that avoids this notice?

no, not within outlook. I put shortcuts to my templates in the Quick Launch
toolbar.

Thanks, I'll just group them in a folder on my desktop and access them that
way. I think Microsoft dropped the ball on this one. The idea is to make
software that is convenient and easy to use. Whats the point in being able
to create these if Outlook sees it as a potential security problem.

I haven't seen a satisfactory explanation of this change either. If you have a retail version of Office/Outlook 2007, you could file a support incident on this issue. This is the best way to let Microsoft know that there's a problem with the application. Unlimited support for Office/Outlook 2007 is free for the first 90 days after activation. See http://support.microsoft.com/gp/vista_supoffnew for more information on this support policy.
