I need to use a logo that i have scanned as my default
stationery in MS Outlook 2002. I have it saved as an HTML
document. When i configure to use it i get a number of
logos tiled on the page where i need to type my content.
I dont want this, i only need one logo just like on a
letterhead to appear either at the top or bottom of the
email content. In outlook express you can select any file
and be able to position the logo where you want it to
appear. How can i achieve the same? PLEASE HELP I AM IN
DISTRESS.

Mail programs automatically tile any stationary background to fill the area
of screen open in the mail software. This makes sure that the entire email
has the background but saves you saving a huge html page just in case your
write a long email.

To do what you want choose a background you want as the body of the letter
(it can be just plain white but many nice looking bonded paper styles can be
found on the web) and save it as html. Then open the background html file
in an html editor (word is OK, frontpage has more options if you want to get
clever) and insert your logo as a picture (GIF or JPG - not BMP as it takes
up too much memory) at the top and save.

When you use this it will tile the background to fill the screen but you
only get one copy of the logo.
