Microsoft Outlook Webmail always stays in "loading" status

I am using MS Outlook webmail and up until yesterday it was working fine.
After running a virus, malware and spyware scan...my mail will no longer
load. I can login and the frame comes up as if it is going to load my Inbox
but the message "Loading" appears and never goes away. Any suggestions on
what might have caused this and how I can fix it?

Talk to your Exchange Admin who gives you Outlook Web Access. It is not an
Outlook problem.
