Microsoft outlook xp

My isp defaults my e-mail to outlook express and I would
like it to default my e-mail to microsoft outlook. what
is the procedure to change that

First configure your Outlook to reflect the server settings of your ISP. To
set Outlook as default go to Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
