Hi,

Microsoft Outlook 2002 SP-2
I redesign a Contact Person form biased on the standard
form.
I want to import a Phonebook from Excel to the new form
(To import to the actual standard form it is O.K.). How
can I make the new form as a default form?

The Outlook import wizard does not allow you to import data using a custom
form. You'll need a 3rd party product to do that (such as ContactGenie - see
link below). For info on other options - see
