I have several folders in my address book. If I import
addresses from a CSV file into my address book is the a
way that I don't have to import duplicates. What is
happening is that I end up having the same address in
more than one folder. I am using a version of Office XP.
Any input would be appreciated.

Outlook has an option for not creating duplicates on import, and there are
several good free duplicate cleaners -- see
