tHE REASON WHY YOU ARE FACING THIS ISSUE IS BECAUSE YOUR .PST FILE SIZE
IS OVER LIMIT.THIS SIZE IS NOT ONLY DECIDED BY THE SOFTWARE BUT ALSO BY
THE HARDWARE CONFIGURATION OF YOUR COMPUTER

To overcome this issue Create a new ..pst file and set it as a default
..pst file .

How to create new .pst file

1.Start outlook
2.click on file \ new \ outlook data file. You will be prompted to save
it in a location.Save it there.
3.slect the encryption type of the .pst file as no encryption.

How to change the default .pst

1. click on tools\ email accounts \view or change existing email
accounts\click next

2. In the email accounts window, you will see a drop down box where it
says deliver new email to the following location.

3.change the locatiopn to the second persoal folder (the folder that
you created ) and then click finish

4.you will geta warning message that the default delivery location for
sending and recieving mail has changed ......etc.Click ok to the
warning message\

AFTER DOING THE ABOVE PROCEDURE RESTART OUTLOOK FOR CHANGES TO TAKE
EFFECT .

tHE NEW .PST WILL NOT CONTACIN ANY DATA.TO REFER TO THE OLD DATA REFER
THE OLD PST FILE IN THE NAVIGATION PANE

NOW YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO RECIEVE MESSAGES
