Microsoft Outlook

For what ever reason after three years I am now unable to open Outlook 2003.
Clicking or Double clicking the icon in the task bar, or the icon in the
Outlook file, or in the start menu results in nothing.

I have repaired Office 2003 still without success.

Any ideas?
