somehow i changed the view for when i am drafting an email to very tiny. its
not the font size but a view of some sort. I have no idea how to make it big
so i can read it as i draft it. The default font of 11 is still set, but it
is so tiny i can't read as i draft. How do i get back a decent view size?

Are you using Word as your mail editor? If so, check your Zoom factor. For
Outlook 2003 and earlier using Word, it's on the Standard toolbar. For
Outlook 2007, it's in the Zoom chunk of the Format Text tab.
