I can't retrieve neither send emails from my internet provider. I am using 2000 version, somebody can help me out with instructions how to do it?

A bit of background please:

Who is your Internet Provider?

Open Outlook and click "Help >About -- Does it say "Corporate or Workgroup", "Internet Mail Only", or "No E-mail"?
