microsoft photo editor 3.0

I used photo editor 3.0 with office 97 and am now using
XP. I would like to install photo editor 3.0.

PhotoEditor 3 (3.0.2.3, actually) comes with XP. To install it, choose
Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs - MS Office XP - Change - Add
or Remove Features... it's listed under Office Tools.
