Microsoft Photo Editor 3.0

This program is an easy to use editing progam that was
included in Office 95/97 and 2000(?). I have a friend who
has used the program for a long time but now has office XP
on an XP laptop. Is there any was to get a version of this
old reliable that will run in XP? OR what is the successor
program that has the same look and feel and the learning
curve is not so steep?
