Microsoft Photo Editor prints two copies instead of one

F

Fernando Ronci

Hi,

I have an issue with Microsoft Photo Editor.
Whenever I click the "Print" icon on the toolbar, two copies are printed
instead of one.
I checked the "File | Print" settings but only one copy is specified. As a
matter of fact, if I print from there (File | Print), only one copy is
printed. Photo Editor prints two copies if, and only if I click the printer
icon on the toolbar.
I searched Google and Microsoft's KB but couldn't find a workaround for the
problem. I also looked at Photo Editor's settings in the registry but didn't
find anything related to the default number of copies.

I'll highly appreciate if someone tells me how to fix it.
Thank you,

Fernando Ronci

Hi Fernando,

Check in the properties settings for that printer
to see if there number of copies has been 'stuck'
on a value other than 1.

Thank you Bob.
In the properties settings of that printer (which, by the way, is a network
printer) the number of copies is set to 1. But Photo Editor still prints two
copies.

Thank you.
