One of the owners of my company is having the following issue:

I have been having recuring problems with Microsoft Photo Editor, where it
won't open. You click the icon, and get the title appear in the task bar, but
no more. The problem is resolved when I reinstall Office, but it keeps
happening. I have tried all the latest updates and service packs, but I can't
find a fix. Has anyone come across this before

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any and all assistance is greatly
appreciated!! Thanks!!!
