Microsoft Picture It 7

Hi i had picture it 7 running on my XP computer with no problems, i have a
new pc with vista & picture it will do some things but wont do anything with
frames, it says its shutting down, i did get an error message which is-
Internet Explorer Scrip Error
An error has cccured in the scrip on this page.

Error- Automation Server cant creat object
