I just ran into the same problem with Vista Business and Office Progessional The instructions for Picture Manager say that option is supposed to be there. (Under "View file properties Help > File management") The only option under "Tools" is "Customize" and if you hit that you get a window with three tabs and all three are all about setting up menu bars and icons. WTF?

I checked most of the menu and I cannot find such an option anywhere. I am starting fresh with a new computer and new user of Vista and and trying to be good and organized this time, trying to decide what to use as my default/main picture program and it sure isn't going to be Picture Manager if it takes file types and makes them all into a jpeg or bitmap or whatever. I hope someone can answer us. The only thing I can think of is maybe you have to have pictures in the program to have the option turn up?
