Microsoft Picture Manager

I would like to integrate / embed Microsoft Picture manager into a
Winform Appliciation. I would also need to be able to provide some of
the features in the application (such as zoom and colour adjustment).

Is the object model of Picture manager exposed?

Could someone point me to some useful MSDN page or some site for help
or a full blown example to achieve my goals.
