Microsoft PoerPoint for Windows

We are unable to use PowerPoint.When chosen under
Programs,it appears all black,and nothing further
happens.Have neither a disc,nor a CD.Thank you.

If you don't have the CD, it's a major problem. That's the only way I know
of to confirm a purchased license. Did it ever work for you? What does the
shortcut in Programs point to? Right click it and select Properties to see
the file name and location.
