Are you aware of how completely off-the-wall your message is?

If you're having a problem with Microsoft Word, please state what the
problem is, what version of Word you're using, any error messages you're
seeing, etc. There's no earthly way to know what the heck you're talking
about, or how to help you, otherwise.
