Microsoft Producer 2003 Installation Error

I am running Office Professional 2003 and downloaded Producer 2003 from the
Microsoft website. When attempting to install it I received the following
error:

error creating process

<C:\Users\RACHEL....................setup.exe>

Reason: The handle is invalid

Hi Rachel,

You may want to use the link below to also post in the MS Producer discussion group as well and include there the version of Windows
you're using. As a guess, the download may be corrupted.
