Microsoft products are not working

I am in real trouble... NONE of my MS Applications,
except Money and IE are working as designed.
OE will not open or create new messages. It calls for a
reinstallation, which did not work. All Office apps
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will not open any files, says
that my AV has marked them as corrupt and has blocked
them. I am running NAV Corporate Edition which has
no "Options" tab to enable Office plug-ins.
Other ideas?

So what happens if you either disable AV, or stop it from starting?
Have you recently installed MS KB867801 critical IE update?
