Microsoft Professional 2007 academic or full version

Was just wondering if someone could help me out.

I have just bought a laptop, and also currently have a computer too. I need
to buy Office Professional 2007, but I'm not sure what the difference is
between the academic version and the full. Is it something to do with how
many times you can install it?

I need to install it on my laptop, but would also like to upgrade my
computer too. Do I have to buy the full version to do that, or I can I still
buy the academic version. I am a student with the Open Polytechnic.
