Computer running XP SP2 patched up to date. Office 2003 pro ent installed and
working. User tried to installe BCM 2007 and it said it needed Office 2007.
So user upgrades to 2007 and outlook says it cant open up microsoft shared
and the other office apps give an error about not enough resourses either
memory or harddrive space. Neither is the issue. Saw some posts about
document converters and most said they reinstalled office 2003 and it was
fine. So I uninstall 2007 install 2003 and it says its not installed for this
user please reinstall. reinstalled, repaired, uninstalled deleted reinstalled
in diff directories. Works fine on diff profiles on the same computer.
renamed and recreated the problem profile 3 times and all to the same effect.
Any Ideas???
